12. What kind of gamer are you?

I think I’m the kind that doesn’t have a specific fav. genre? Like I’ll play any game as long as I find it good, I don’t stick to like, only shooters, or only rpgs.

But… I’m the kinda gamer that has a hard time finishing games (which suckss)…

16. Favorite protagonist in a video game?

Ahhhh Either… Wander from Shadow of the Colossus, Sora or Roxas from KH or Chell from Portal. I can’t pick.

22. Favorite level in a video game?

When you have to fight Avion in SotC, you jump on it’s shoulder as it swoops down as you! You then have to climb/crawl your way to the tips of it’s wings to stab its weak point as it’s flying & flapping. When you stab the weak points it does like a spin in mid-air, it’s pretty awesome. But it was also one of the saddest colossi to kill…

Also, Phalanx in SotC is another cool level. It’s like a hugeeeeeeee flying bird-snake thing & you have to run under it on your horse & shoot its air sacks on it’s tummy. Then it starts to drag itself along the ground, giving you the opportunity to jump onto it’s little wing things. Then you just gotta go along it’s back & stab the weak spots.

I guess I like flying enemies.

So I noticed something before fighting GLaDOS. Something I haven’t seen anyone in the Portal fandom point out. Something very important.
The phone.
Remember what the red phone does? It’s a shut-off mechanism for GLaDOS. You lift the phone off the base and GLaDOS powers down. It was how they shut her down so quickly everytime she tried to kill the scientists.
Take a close look at the important red phone in the picture.
The cable on it has been snapped.
Now look at this situation logically. I haven’t moved anything in the picture. It’s like this when you walk in. The phone is still on the base.
This means it wasn’t snapped by someone pulling too hard from panicking during the neurotoxin emissions.
It was snapped by someone on purpose and returned to its base.
Someone sabotaged the GLaDOS shut-off phone.

Gamecube & LoZ

So 5 days ago I bought a used Gamecube from Ebay along with the LoZ Collector’s Edition. Hopefully they’ll get here today or maybe on Monday. I can’t wait.

Cause when I was growing up unfortunately I wasn’t “blessed” of having a Nintendo 64 or a Gamecube… I had Sega…& a PS1. Which is totally fine. Except that the only Sega game I had was an old Sonic one & that broken so you could only play for like 4 hours then it would start over… D: Then for PS1 I had all these weirdo games haha. Then I got a PS2, & dear god how happy I was… SotC, ICO, KH, Katamari Damashii, etc. Then I got a Xbox360 so I got to have Assassin’s Creed, Mirror’s Edge, Portal, etc. Yay…

But yea…can’t wait for my Gamecube…
